RENTAL CONDITIONS
Deposit:
50% is required upon booking; the balance is due no later than 1 month prior to arrival.
Payment:
Wire transfer, Visa or Master Card. A security deposit equivalent to one night or more will be taken by credit card Visa or Master Card. Check in: 4pm check out 11am - or according to your schedule if availability permits.
Miscellaneous:
No smoking, no pet, maximum 14 people (10 adults max.), no reservation for people under 25.
Parties:
absolutely no loud music or behavior, disrespect of neighbors, excessive number of cars will be tolerated.
