Deposit: 50% is required upon booking; the balance is due no later than 1 month prior to arrival.

Payment: Wire transfer. A security deposit equivalent to one night will be taken by credit card Visa or Master Card. Check in: 5pm check out 12am - or according to your schedule if availbility permits.

Miscellaneous: No smoking, no pet, maximum 14 people, no reservation for people under 25.
