Over the last 6 years our ski team has raised over $150,000 for the 24h Tremblant ski event to support sick children in need. Every Holiday season our staff delivers complimentary food baskets to families battling poverty. A. We have been In business for over 30 years and have a proven track record producing high gross sales for our homeowners. operating in 8 nightly rental markets. We have a past guest database exceeding 250,000 people and have developed a loyal cross-market us with home care who are all licensed and insured creating a secure environment for our owners and guests.

Q. WHO WILL OVERSEE MY HOME?
A. Nathalie Vaillancourt is our Director of Operations and oversees a staff of 25 maintenance and housekeeping employees. Nathalie is hands on and likes to personally get involved with the properties, owners and guests.

Q. CAN I SEE MY BOOKINGS ONLINE?
A. Yes you can. Our owners portal is in real-time; all bookings show at the time they are confirmed.

Q. HOW LONG HAVE WE BEEN IN BUSINESS?
A. Tremblant Platinum was founded in Mont Tremblant in 1984 and has grown into the largest resort property management rental company in the area. We have added two divisions since, Tremblant Sunstar and Rendez-Vous Mont-Tremblant which has permitted us to offer distinct and personalized management services.
Q. WHEN ARE CHECKS DISTRIBUTED?
A. Checks are distributed between the 16th and 20th of each month. We have never paid an owner late in any of our markets.

Q. WHAT IS MY CLEANING CHARGE WHEN I COME AND STAY?
A. We charge a oredetermined fix amount depending on the size of your property. Extra cleaning services are also available to you and your guests.

Q. CAN I USE MY OWN CLEANERS?
A. No. We have extremely high standards of cleaning services as this is also part of the guest experience. We only work with professional cleaning firms to ensure that the next guests will fully enjoy their stay.

Q. CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR MY OWN CLIENTS?
A. Yes. We believe owners should retain the right to maximize their property bookings and overall financial goals. Direct-by-owner style bookings are a great way to supplement our marketing efforts. You can handle the booking process and collect payment directly or have us to do it for a minimal fee.
